Overview

Age accepted 3 months old ～ Pre-school children
Opening days Mondays to Saturdays (Closed on Sundays; Open on public holidays)
Opening hours 9:00～18:00 (final registration: 17:30)
Price 30 minutes = 900 yen, 3 hours = 5,000 yen, 6 hours = 10,000 yen, 9 hours = 14,000 yen
Registration fee (per child) 0 years old = 2,000 yen, 1 year old and above = 1,000 yen

What you bring

We ask first-time users to bring the following items.

  • A copy of your insurance card
  • A copy of your child’s infant medical certificate
  • A copy of photo identification of the child’s guardian
  • The child’s Mother and Child Health (MCH) Handbook

We ask that you bring the following items each time you visit chico nursery.

  • Diapers *Also available for purchase from chico nursery (1 diaper = 100 yen)
  • Disposable baby wipes
  • A change of clothes (tops, bottoms, underwear, socks, etc.) (Please bring extra clothes when using chico nursery for long periods)
  • A handkerchief or a towel
  • A bottle of water or tea in a flask (Please bring a sufficient amount.)

In addition, we ask that you bring the following items as applicable

  • Lunch (when using chico nursery from 11:00)
  • A bath towel for a nap * Towels are available for free at nursery
  • Snacks (when using chico nursery from 14:30)
  • Baby food
  • Milk powder and a baby bottle
  • Bib
  • * Please write your name on all of your belongings.

Caution points

  • We do not provide any food or drink.
  • We are unable to give your child any medicine.
  • We are unable to accept any child with allergies.
  • There are no parking spaces available.
  • We do not accept payment by credit card. We kindly ask that you pay in cash.
  • We can only accept 0-year-old babies for a maximum of six hours per day.
  • When using chico nursery for the first time, please arrive at the nursery 20 minutes before start of use in order to complete registration.
  • Reservations can only be made via e-mail. Please e-mail info@chico-nursery.com for reservations.

Nail salon

We also operate a nail salon in a separate room within the nursery.
We offer a luxury nail care service starting from 7,000 yen.
Customers using both our nail and childcare services will receive a 1,800 yen discount, equivalent to 1 hour of free childcare.

Reservations can only be made via e-mail. When making a reservation, please include the following information:

  • ⑥ Age of your child in years and months (for childcare service)
